How to Return an Item

Your must return the item within 60 days of your purchase.

Broken DVD

Because we know that our DVD’s get used over and over again, and often get scratched or broken, we offer a replacement DVD service.

Broken or scratched DVD’s will be replaced for the cost of $2 plus shipping.

Open and Used Items

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
