Mary Beth Palo, Founder
Mary Beth Palo is the mother to two children, Grace, 12, and Brett, a 9-year old autistic boy.
Mary Beth was the driving force behind the 2004 campaign resulting in New York State designating Autism Awareness license plates. In addition to the plates, on August 3, 2004, legislation was signed into law amending the vehicle and traffic law to provide for an Autism Awareness and Research Fund. She was honored for pioneering this effort by New York Assemblyman Harry Weisenberg.
Ms. Palo has been a featured speaker at the Autism One® conference, GASAK and the Hicksville SEPTA, the National Autism Association Long Island Fair, The Maine Autism Resource Fair, The National Autism Association Conference, and The Cody Center for Autism. Mary Beth does volunteer, fundraising and advocacy work with the following organizations: The Nassau/Suffolk Autism Society of America (Board member), National Alliance for Autism Research (NAAR), The Center for Autism®, The Long Island NAA, The National Autism Society of America®, The Fulton Family Foundation (co-president), the Harborfield’s SEPTA (legislative chair), the Annual Long Island ‘Walk for Autism’, and 2006 Autism Speaks® Walk.
Currently Ms. Palo serves on the fundraising committee for the National Autism Association® and continues to be an active member of the special needs community advocating for children and participating in legislative efforts in New York State. In June 2007, Mary Beth was named one of New York State’s Distinguished Women.
Mary Beth graduated from Saint Bonaventure University, with a BBA degree. She resides on Long Island with her husband, David and their two children. |

Fred Mandato
Fred Mandato runs his own financial consulting business, Mann Management Advisors, LLC, where he assists early-stage and closely held businesses raise money and develop and execute a focused business strategy. Mr. Mandato has over 30 years experience working with companies like , Inc. and providing liquidity to the owners of such businesses.
Mr. Mandato was introduced to Mary Beth Palo in 2007 and became intrigued by her story. This interest culminated with his becoming a partner in WML in early 2008. Mr. Mandato is coordinating the financing efforts of the company and advising Mary Beth on general business issues.
Mr. Mandato holds a BS in Accounting from St. John's University, is a CPA in New York State and is a member in good standing of the American Institute of CPAs and New York State Society of CPAs. He resides on Long Island with his wife and children. |

Victoria Gentile MS, BCBA
Victoria Gentile began her career as one of the first SEIT providers at the Long Island TheraCare location. While working at the agency she provided direct ABA services, parent training sessions and supervision as a lead teacher. She also worked at TheraCare as ABA supervisor before changing her career path to work in Kings Park Central School District. She has been working at Kings Park for six years implementing ABA strategies, principles, and creating her own curriculum. She is responsible for writing and implementing the behavior intervention plans of her students, and is currently teaching in the classroom setting. She conducts parent training sessions for her district and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She continues to educate herself through conferences, coursework, and is extremely dedicated to the families she services. |
